Dag Blahlia The production is rather noisy and claustrophobic, but the top-notch songwriting still shines through, making 'Violent Things' a more-than-worthwhile listen. Favorite track: Second Boys Will Be First Choice.

susan snyder One of my teachers talked about how you can’t really describe a sunset. You can talk about the awesome colors and such but in the end those are just words. This album is kind of like that. I could tell you about the style or about Dallon’s utterly unique voice but nothing I can say will fully describe it. This album is a sunset. You need to experience it for yourself to truly be able to appreciate it. Trust me this is one of the more amazing sunsets you will ever experience. Favorite track: Love At First Sight.

about

Recorded in the basement studio of Casey Crescenzo (The Dear Hunter) over the course of a week. I love this album, but due to time/money constraints I never really got to finish it. Usually when I write a song, I hear it a certain way in my head first. This record is the closet I came to that sound. I put all the time and money and guts I had to spare into this recording. I would have loved to have been able to finish it. Still, it 'aint too shabby. Buy a copy for your Grandma. She'll love it.

about

The Brobecks Los Angeles, California

The Brobecks was my full time creative outlet for about eight years. I spent most of the first decade of the 2000s writing and recording as The Brobecks. In 2009 I began working with Panic! At The Disco and all my Brobecks efforts were put on hold, but maybe a new song will show up whenever it's appropriate. Thanks for checking it out!
